Dear Parents, Young Scholars and teachers,
EDUCATION IS THE KEY OF ALL LOCKS AS IT OPENS DOORS TO BOTH PERSONAL & SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT………………….
Education is important for every individual in a nation. It plays a vital role in changing the state of a country's economy. No country can bring about a revolution in its society unless the people of its country are educated enough to meet the challenges of nation building. To fulfill these requirements, there must be technical programmes which cater to the technological requirements of the industry while at the same time focussing on original research and development required to project the nation at an international level. Therefore, the choice of an institution is a crucial one impacting the future. While recruiting fresh candidates, companies look for people with a good grasp of fundamentals, domain knowledge, and enabling competencies like effective communications with a wholesome personality, commitment and the right attitudes.
Additional inputs, besides academic curriculum, therefore become necessary. At BRITISH SCHOOL OF COMPUTERS, we endeavor to provide our students the necessary training by using latest innovative methodologies in personality development programs, career building skills, and industry linked courses, in addition to a rich blend of academics, co-curricular and extracurricular activities that help in formulating the psychological profile of a student thereby leading him/her to a successful career.

IGNOU-JNU programs are Learner-centric, using the four distinct delivery methods i.e. Self Learning Materials (SLMs), Counseling at Study Centers, VSAT delivered special lectures and EduNxt - the next generation learning system that takes full advantage of the modern teaching techniques to create a virtual classroom.
Ans: In a correspondence course, a student is expected to study on his/her own using the Self Learning Materials (SLMs) provided by the University. A student does not have the benefit of a teacher for most part of the learning process, who can provide him/her with academic counseling. Distance Education is more structured and allows learners to learn at their own place and pace. Two-way communication permits the students to contact the teachers through electronic media. Well established student-support services like Virtual class-rooms, practical lab facilities, peer group interactions, mentor chats, counseling and advising sessions at Authorized Study Centers, Help Desk etc ensure quality learning outcomes.
